Terms for Payments and Removal Job

1Prices: All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the total amount as applicable.

2. Payment Terms: No deposit is required to secure your removal job. Payment in full is due upon completion of the removal job.

3. Payment Method: Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. Payment details will be provided upon completion of the removal job.

4. Local Jobs Pricing: The prices quoted are for local removal jobs within a 30-mile radius from Frome. For removal jobs beyond this radius, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

5. Additional Charges: Any additional services requested during the removal job, such as packing materials, storage, or additional manpower, may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to the customer and must be settled in full upon completion of the removal job.

6. Access and Parking: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access and parking arrangements are made at both the pickup and delivery locations. Any parking permits or restrictions must be arranged in advance to avoid delays or additional charges.

7. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safe handling and transport of your belongings during the removal job, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our insurance policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items to be removed are properly packed and prepared for transport. Fragile or valuable items should be identified and communicated to our team in advance. Any damage resulting from inadequate packing or preparation is the responsibility of the customer.
